Revealing the faces of winners from the 25th-anniversary rally, blue and orange heart

The results of the competition have been revealed. The rally “25th Anniversary of Blue and Orange Heart” was organized by Corporate Human Resources and garnered attention from IMPACT employees. Thirty-three teams participated in the hybrid and online competition, which commenced around the end of November 2023. The competition in the actual area to complete 25 missions was held on 25 December 2023. 

From the intense competition in collecting points, we now know the name of the winning team, which was announced at Staff Party 2024. Today, IMPACT Insight would like to introduce you to the winning team and get to know them together.

The winner of the competition is the “3 มง” team from the Corporate Communication Department. The key to this team’s success is “set higher goals, assess the possibility, trust in the team members, set clear duties, and have fun playing”. 

The 1st runner-up award goes to the “รวมกันเฉพาะกิน” team from the Building Management Department.  The key to this team’s success is “Unity, putting the right man on the right job, and helping each other as much as possible according to each person’s ability. We focus on having fun and competing happily”. 

The 2nd runner-up is the “P2O” team from the Operations Department. The key to this team's success is "trust and faith in each other because we have known each other for a long time, and each of us has been working at IMPACT for at least 15 years. Therefore, we know IMPACT very well, and we have clear responsibilities. Everyone must have the same understanding and plan for each mission before the competition, which drives  us to win this prize."

The honorable mention award goes to three teams are “20+” team from the Building Management Department, “Mediaaaaa” team from the Real Estate Department, and “Mee Chai” team from the Operations Department. 

IMPACT Insight would like to congratulate all winners and the other 27 teams who joined and had fun together in the “25th Anniversary of Blue and Orange Heart” Rally. No matter how hot the weather was and how challenging the mission was, all teams tried their best and never gave up. IMPACT Insight collected photos of the moment for everyone to see.
