“IMPACT” strengthens its security measures to ensure visitors’ safety with a “Crisis Management in case of Mass Shooting” training course

As a mass shooting can happen anytime, being prepared for the incident is necessary to keep yourself and everyone around you safe. As an exhibition and convention center that welcomes many customers and visitors all year round, IMPACT takes safety seriously and strictly complies with the “MICE Security Management System (TIS 22300)”.

On 16-17 November 2023, IMPACT by Loss Prevention Control Division (LP), Operations Department and Standard Control organized a training course on the topic of “Crisis Management in case of Mass Shooting” at Venus Meeting Room 1 - 3 and IMPACT Challenger Hall 1 - 2 to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to employees. The training course, which was conducted by the police commando unit of the Royal Thai Police, included the basic knowledge of active shooting and the “Run- Hide-Fight” principle. 

It was an honor to have Mr. Bhawat   Seangmanee Executive Housekeeper, Operations Department giving an opening speech and there were 168 employees participating. IMPACT Insight collected photos for everyone to see.
