An overview of allergen management at IMPACT and the four divisions responsible for this task realizing
the importance of the management of food allergens in ingredients and products,
IMPACT has set up procedures to ensure compliance
with the ISO 22000 standard for food safety management system.
Details, including a list of 25 food allergens, are also included in other relevant documents
such as IM-PM-45, control of ingredients derived from GMOs, allergen,
irradiated food, and identity preserved food.
