IMPACT hosted a 2-week international internship program
for 6 interns from Singapore
Recently, we hosted a 2-week international internship program for 6 interns from Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE). This is the 1st time IMPACT has extended our internship program to overseas students from Singapore’s ITE’s School of Business and Services (SBS), who are pursuing their Higher National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Event Management.
The internship program allows students to be exposed to the best practices by Thailand’s event organizers and venue managers. The experience also helped enhanced their learning through involvements in pre-event planning and on-site execution of IMPACT’s Thailand International Dog Show, which took place from 4th to 7th July 2024.
Apart from providing the Singapore students with a real-time environment to put into practices on what they have studied, students also get to learn our Thai culture and gain experience in cross-cultural working relations within our company.
