IMPACT Team United: Striving for a 3% Energy Saving Goal in 2026
The IMPACT team continues its commitment to energy efficiency, setting a strategic goal to reduce energy consumption across all areas by 3% within 2026. This initiative focuses on optimizing energy use and streamlining machinery and facility management through the implementation of ISO 50001 standards. The action plan is as follows:
Action Plan: IMPACT Challenger
- LED Retrofitting: Replacing existing lighting with LED bulbs at the Sky Kitchen area
- Condenser Maintenance: Cleaning AC condenser units (Nos. 1–3 and 5–6) to optimize cooling efficiency
Action Plan: IMPACT Exhibition Center
- Insect Trap Upgrade: Replacing insect light traps across Halls 5–12
- AC System Replacement: Installing new air conditioning units at the Hall 6
Action Plan: IMPACT Arena
- Lighting Upgrade: Replacing existing lights with LEDs for under-beam areas and recessed ground uplights at the base of the columns
- Condenser Maintenance: Cleaning AC condenser units (Nos. 2–3) to improve heat ventilation and efficiency

Comprehensive LED Retrofitting Program: Upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting in the following key areas:
- Function Rooms: Banquet Halls 101–102 and Sapphire Suites 204–206
- Grand Diamond Ballroom: Main corridors and surrounding walkways
- Facility & Logistics: Parking Level P2, Loading Docks, and 2nd Floor restrooms
- Common Areas: All public corridors and shared walkways
