IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Enhances Safety Standards
through the 2026 Recommended Contractor Program

IMPACT Muang Thong Thani continues its commitment to operational excellence with the implementation of the "2026 Recommended Contractor" program. Following a recruitment phase in late 2025, the program conducted comprehensive orientation and safety training in January 2026. The official list of qualified contractors was published on the IMPACT website in February.
The program is driven by three core objectives:
- Compliance & Excellence: To ensure all contractors operating within our exhibition halls strictly adhere to international safety regulations and procedures.
- Zero Accident Culture: To foster a proactive safety culture that eliminates workplace accidents during setup and teardown.
- Sustainable Collaboration: To promote mutual growth and long-term development with our business partners.
By standardizing these practices, IMPACT ensures a secure environment for our staff, partners, and clients alike.
To ensure the program’s success, we have established a robust monitoring and evaluation framework. This is a collaborative effort between Standards Control, Service Operations, and Building Management. Together, these teams act as our "safety guardians," continuously assessing contractor performance. To keep our standards high, we use a clear deduction point system: if a contractor fails to follow our safety protocols or regulations, their score will be adjusted accordingly. This ensures that every partner on our site remains as committed to safety as we are
"Contractors who demonstrate exceptional commitment by maintaining a perfect safety and compliance record (100 points) throughout the year will be awarded a Certificate of Commendation. This recognition serves to validate their professional credibility and reaffirms our confidence in them as high-quality business partners who uphold IMPACT’s rigorous standards."
