IMPACT Partners with Department of Employment to Sign MOU, Promoting Career Opportunities
for Students and Building a Brighter Future for Thai Youth

IMPACT is stepping up to shape the future of the Thai workforce. We recently solidified our commitment to youth development at The Emerald Hotel Bangkok, where Ms. Thamita Chongswatvorakul, Director of the Corporate Human Resources Department, signed a key MOU to boost student employment. By transforming spare time into professional growth, this collaboration ensures that students have access to meaningful work experience, bridging the gap between the classroom and the real world.

Key Highlights: IMPACT is proud to be among 34 leading organizations partnering with the government. We have shared suitable job openings with the Department of Employment to provide students with real-world work experience. Additionally, we are fully promoting these opportunities across all IMPACT communication channels.

Distinguished Guests in Attendance: The ceremony was honored by the presence of high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Labour, including:

  • Khun Treenuch Thienthong, Minister of Labour (Presiding Officer)
  • Khun Somchai Morakotsriwan, Inspector General, Ministry of Labour, Acting Director-General of the Department of Employment (Presenter and Signatory)
  • Lt. Col. Wannapong Kotcharak is indeed the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labour

Beyond supporting national policies, this partnership reaffirms IMPACT’s vision to be an open and empowering workplace. We believe in opening doors for young talents, helping them grow into the essential workforce that will drive our economy forward.
