         IMPACT Reinforces Safety Standards and Customer Confidence with "2025 Annual Concert Fire Evacuation Drill". IMPACT is moving forward in compliance with stringent safety standards, strengthening customer confidence for concert-goers through the “Fire Evacuation Drill for the 2025 Annual Concert,” which took place on September 29, 2025, at Hall 5.
         This drill involved 105 participating staff and personnel across various departments crucial to concert operations, including Standard Control, Operations, Food & Beverage, Facility Management, Corporate Communications , and the Restaurant Group.
         The objective was to ensure all IMPACT personnel are equipped with the knowledge and proper procedures for fire evacuation during concerts, ultimately safeguarding the safety of our staff, organizers, and all attending customers.
