IMPACT Collaborates with National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM) to Exchange Information on Safety Management and Emergency Medical Systems at Concerts

IMPACT and the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM) exchanged information on safety management guidelines and emergency medical systems for concerts. This involved data sharing from various relevant departments, including Operations (Service Operation, VRM, and Loss Prevention units), Building Management, and Standards Control.
The goal of this initiative is to gather information for a research project aimed at enhancing preparedness and planning safety systems for concerts. This proactive approach seeks to prevent potential emergencies or tragedies. The insights gained from this exchange will be invaluable in adapting and implementing safety plans for concert venues across Thailand.
