IMPACT's Commitment to Sustainability
Recognized with TSEMS Certification

IMPACT is making significant strides toward becoming a leading exhibition and convention center in all aspects of sustainable event management. Most recently, IMPACT underwent an assessment for the Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) for 2025 by the Management System Certification Institute (MASCI) on July 4, 2025.
The Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) certification system has three levels. Currently, IMPACT holds Level 2 TSEMS Engaged certification, which recently expired on June 30, 2025.
Therefore, this assessment is a re-certification round where IMPACT is ready to demonstrate its full potential in leading sustainable event management. This is being done by applying for Level 3 TSEMS Leading certification, which is the highest level, within the scope of providing event services in Thailand.
The recent TSEMS Level 3 (TSEMS Leading) assessment found "no non-conformities initially." After successfully completing this assessment, IMPACT will become the third organization in the MICE Venue category to achieve TSEMS Level 3 certification, which is the highest level of the Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS).
The success of this Thailand Sustainable Event Management Standard (TSEMS) assessment, which proceeded smoothly and met all evaluation criteria, is entirely due to the collaborative efforts of all IMPACT colleagues. Their dedication and commitment have truly propelled IMPACT forward as a leader among exhibition and convention centers that organize events sustainably.
