IMPACT Strengthens Safety Protocols with 2025 Emergency Drill

Our 2025 Emergency Preparedness Drill has officially wrapped up, marking a significant milestone for IMPACT! This year, for the very first time, we successfully conducted an earthquake evacuation simulation.

In addition to the earthquake scenario, we simultaneously practiced three other critical emergency plans:

• The Gas Leak Prevention and Response Plan for our station and pipelines.
• The Fire Suppression Plan.
• The Explosive Device Incident Response Plan.

These comprehensive drills were designed to prepare us for real-life abnormal situations. We practiced crucial actions such as building evacuations, moving and transporting injured individuals within the exhibition areas, and caring for our customers during and after an evacuation.

IMPACT is committed to building confidence among our clients and event organizers by adhering to the MICE Security Management System (TIS 22300) for Security Management Systems in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).
