IMPACT R2i project that is structured to stimulate employee creativity as well as innovative ideas was selected to be as the winner of the UFI HR Award 2024. These achievements manifest the company’s objective goals that entail fostering an atmosphere where creativity and innovation can flourish, empowering, and motivating employees to explore new possibilities.
