Annual 2025 Protocol: VIP Protection Measures,
Crowd Control Procedures, and MOB Incident Contingency

Unrest and disturbances can break out anywhere, anytime in today's society, taking many shapes and with increasing possibility for escalation. This can greatly affect the safety and security of both people and property. Being a major exposition and convention center hosting exhibitors, customers, and VIPs, IMPACT has always given safety and security top priority.                 

Most recently, the Loss Prevention Control Department of the Operations Division carried out a thorough simulation on the "2025 MOB Incident Response Plan: Crowd Control and VIP Protection." This exercise sought to provide 34 pertinent people the required tools and knowledge to properly manage crises. IMPACT Insight was there to record important events from this readiness training.
