IMPACT changes its information dissemination platform
to LINE Official Account @impactvenue

       IMPACT announces the change of its information dissemination platform from the IMPACT application to the LINE Official Account @impactvenue to streamline communication, enhance customer experience, and better tailor special privileges to customers' preferences and interests.
       Existing users of the IMPACT application who have already installed it will be able to use the service until November 30, 2025. However, new users will not be able to download the IMPACT application on iOS and Android systems.
       New users who wish to receive information from IMPACT Muang Thong Thani and its 18 affiliated restaurant brands can add the LINE Official Account @impactvenue as a friend. Users will then receive information about events at the center, including event schedules and transportation information, to help them plan their visits.

Furthermore, customers can accumulate IMPACT Family privilege points via the LINE Official Account @impactvenue. Existing and new IMPACT Family members can seamlessly transition from the IMPACT application to the LINE Official Account @impactvenue and receive 100 welcome points instantly. New customers can easily sign up for IMPACT Family membership by adding @impactvenue via LINE, selecting “New member,” entering personal information such as name, surname, date of birth, and phone number, then entering the OTP code received via SMS, verifying member information, and tapping “Next.” Existing IMPACT Family members can simply select “Already a member,” then enter their registered phone number for verification, and enter the OTP code received via SMS. Previously accumulated points will be merged.
