Congratulations to the winner of “R2i: Routine to Innovation” 2025!
Let’s see the winner’s face!
The atmosphere of the “R2i Routine to Innovation” competition remains lively and filled with ideas for developing innovations that enhance creativity and productivity. This event is an organizational-level innovation competition, providing an opportunity for all employees at IMPACT and its affiliated companies to participate by presenting their ideas as tangible solutions for implementation, driving the organization forward together.
On February 27, Khun Paul Kanjanapas, our CEO, attended the event to witness the innovative work of all 22 competing teams and presented awards to the winning teams. After an intense competition, we now have the champions in both the System/Process category and the Equipment/Machine category, as follows:
System / Process Category Awards consist of five prizes as follows:
The winner award goes to “AssetProNex,” a Finance & Accounting department project. This innovation enables real-time asset verification using an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system that can count up to 1,000 items. This solution effectively addresses the challenge of managing over 300,000 assets at IMPACT, significantly improving speed and efficiency in the counting process.
The first runner-up award goes to the “Online Fabric and Equipment Issuance System,” a project by the Operations department. This innovation streamlines the issuance process by replacing the old paper-based system with an online platform, improving document and data management efficiency while accelerating operations. Additionally, the system features online stock functions that enable real-time inventory tracking and a catalog of fabric types and equipment options, making it easier to select the appropriate items.
The 2nd runner-up award goes to “IMPACT Hire Hub”, a project by the Corporate Human Resources department. This online platform streamlines the recruitment process, making it faster and more efficient. It supports every process step, from manpower requests by the relevant department and job postings by HR to candidates applying through the system. Additionally, IMPACT Hire Hub features an automatic resume creation tool, enabling the screening and sorting of candidates based on job suitability, scheduling interviews, and managing the hiring process.
The 3rd runner-up award goes to the “Digital name card, Smart Your Life”, a project by the Procurement team. This innovation replaces traditional paper business cards, which are costly and easily lost, with a digital business card. By using mobile phones as a connection medium, this solution enhances communication, strengthens brand building, and accelerates business operations. Additionally, it increases sales opportunities by offering promotions and public information to attract customers and strengthen business relationships effectively.
The Popular Vote award goes to “Virtual Wedding”, a project by the Operation team. This innovation helps solve problems for clients who want to hold a wedding but lack the time to plan one. The solution is the “Virtual Wedding” application, which allows clients to view a realistic virtual representation of their wedding event. This enhances decision-making and provides excellent convenience for clients. At the same time, the IMPACT team can coordinate more quickly and efficiently while significantly reducing paper usage.
Equipment / Machine category awards consist of four prizes as follows:
The winner is “PUMP STATION10”, a waste collection device designed by the Facility Management department with a grid design. This innovation addresses the issue of waste clogging drainage pipes and water pump systems during rainy periods. It utilizes a CCTV system to monitor blockages in the drainage pipes and allows the waste collection device to be activated via an application in real time. This device was developed from unused materials and redesigned for functionality, helping to reduce waste problems, cut costs, and improve the efficiency of drainage system management.
The 1st runner-up is “Take U Move” by the Operation department. This innovation features a sliding rail system with an enhanced walkthrough base, including built-in storage for equipment. It aims to improve convenience, reduce labor, and minimize damage during the moving process.
The 2nd runner-up award goes to two teams with equal scores.
First, “Smart Pole” is a City Management department project. This innovation is a smart streetlight that can measure air quality, PM2.5 dust levels, and humidity. It also features an SOS button for emergency assistance and helps save energy by using clean power from solar panels.
Secondly, “Temperature Abnormal Alert System”, an innovation by MuangThong Services & Management Company Limited. This innovation helps monitor the refrigerator’s temperature and reduce spoilage of raw materials due to temperature fluctuation.
The 3rd runner-up is Smart Switch from the Facility Management team. This innovation involves using technology to control street lights in real-time via smartphones and Wi-Fi. It allows streetlights to be monitored through CCTV cameras, significantly improving staff convenience, especially during the rainy season. Additionally, it helps reduce the number of personnel required and cuts down on operational costs.
The Popular Vote belongs to “PUMP STATION 10”, a waste collection device with a grid design
by the Facility Management department.
