“IMPACT” strengthens its security measures to ensure visitors’ safety with
a “Crisis Management in case of Active Shooting” training course
As a Active shooting can happen anytime, being prepared for the incident is necessary to keep yourself and everyone around you safe. As an exhibition and convention center that welcomes many customers and visitors all year round, IMPACT takes safety seriously and strictly complies with the “MICE Security Management System (TIS 22300)”.
On 11-12 December 2024, IMPACT by Loss Prevention Control Division (LP), Operations Department and Standard Control organized a training course on the topic of “Crisis Management in case of Active Shooting” at IMPACT Exhibition Center to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to employees. The training course, which was conducted by the police commando unit of the Royal Thai Police, included the basic knowledge of active shooting and the “Run- Hide-Fight” principle. There were 105 employees participating. IMPACT Insight collected photos for everyone to see.
