IMPACT x the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) Unveils 'IMPACT Rise Up'

At IMPACT, we are always driving growth and innovation. Whether it is the 'R2i (Routine to Innovation)' project that empowers our staff to innovate from within, or the 'IMPACT Keep Me' Application that opens up employment and income opportunities for the younger generation, our commitment to progress is ongoing.
But today... IMPACT is stepping outward to inspire the world! With the launch of our newest initiative, "IMPACT Rise Up"— a national innovation and invention competition for vocational students (Vocational Certificate and High Vocational Certificate levels). This platform gives youth the opportunity to learn through hands-on experience by tackling real-world challenges from IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. Beyond gaining invaluable out-of-classroom experience, participants will also compete for a total scholarship pool of over 180,000 Baht.

A National Collaboration Rooted in a Vision
On August 7, 2026, Khun Kunwadee Jintavorn, Executive Director, along with the management team, joined hands with Khun Benjawan Pokpong, Director of
the Bureau of Cooperation from the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC), to officially host the press conference for the "IMPACT Rise Up" project at the IMPACT Forum building.
The event drew tremendous interest from vocational teachers and students, both attendees in the hall and online viewers via Facebook Live. Everyone gathered to watch the official video premiere featuring real-world challenges from IMPACT, while receiving full details about the competition.

How Does "IMPACT Rise Up" Take Students on a MICE Business Learning Journey?
This project is far more than just an innovation and invention contest. Selected students will experience an exclusive "1 Day at IMPACT" program, gaining firsthand operational insights and identifying real pain points directly from the front lines of the IMPACT team. They will use these insights to develop innovative inventions, designs, or products that elevate the MICE industry. Working in teams of 3 to 5 members (or 3 to 10 members for the Decoration category), students will bring their ideas to life under the close guidance of their faculty advisors.

Unleash Your Ideas with 3 Competition Categories:
1.Function Category (Innovation and Equipment for the MICE Business): Invite students to design, develop, or improve equipment and tools that solve operational problems and enhance efficiency for meetings, exhibitions, and events at IMPACT.
2.Decoration Category (Creative Space Design and Decoration for Sustainability in the MICE Business): Challenge students' creativity to design a landmark, check-in point, or photo spot (both indoor and outdoor) by upcycling unused materials, equipment, or resources from IMPACT to create new value under the concept of "Sustainability."
3.GI for MICE (Design and Product Development from Geographical Indication Goods): Transform Thai GI (Geographical Indication) products or local identities into practical products, services, or new experiences for events, aiming to add value to local communities and create memorable impressions for both Thai and international attendees.
