5678:
For emergencies ONLY such as in case of fire, explosion, accident, bomb threat and suspicious objects, robbery as well as noticing
any circumstance that might affect to people’s lives and property
and has to deal with promptly.

5445-7:
For reporting general cases such as enquiring
the permission to enter and exit the area and etc.
