Food allergy is an ongoing food safety concern and can make or break, especially when it comes to a customer’s decision to visit your restaurant. All of the restaurants IMPACT operates strictly abide by ISO 22000 standards and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure food allergic customers’ requirements are met. Our restaurant staff – QC, Kitchen, Food Safety, and QA – collaborate and work closely throughout the entire process: sorting raw ingredients, separating storage and prep zones, placing clear labels in front of the menus with allergens, and performing detailed hygiene checks annually.

We all contribute to this success making this standard a reality. Our restaurant staff are trained to care for every detail and follow the set procedures. Because food allergies are no small matter, and we want every bite our customers take to be worry-free.
