“IMPACT Lakefront” welcomes summertime with three new dishes and a refreshing drink created by talented chefs for beef, seafood, and Japanese food lovers, with prices starting from 119 - 699 baht. (Prices are subject to 6% service charge and 7% VAT.) The summer menu is available from today until 30 June 2024.

Beat the summer heat with three new international recipes including “Seared Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Pickled Egg” (699 baht), grain-fed Australian Tajima Wagyu beef tenderloin cooked with Thai-style sauce to medium rare. The dish can be paired with “Garlic Fried Rice” (50 baht) or “Pickled Egg Yolk Soy Sauce” (2 pieces / 50 baht) for extra deliciousness. For seafood lovers, it is highly recommended to try “Splendid Squid Spicy Soup” (499 baht), with two choices of soup available including squid ink soup and clear soup. Chef selected egged squids to cook in a spicy soup and added squid ink for the intensity and aroma. Lastly, Japanese-fusion style dish, “Crunchy Dragon Roll” (399 baht), is a plate of sushi rolls containing various ingredients including mango, avocado, Japanese cucumber, rolled omelet, crab sticks, Ebi tempura, salmon roe and salmon, resulting in a perfect balance of flavors with the refreshing, sweet and sour taste from mango.

What’s more, customers will receive a free seasonal drink, “Mango Yogurt Smoothie”, when ordering any of these three new dishes, or get to enjoy the second glass of this refreshing smoothie at a special price of 89 baht, from the original price of 119 baht.
