Unveiling the First-Ever 'IM of the Year' Award!
Meet all the R2i winners and discover brilliant innovations at the R2i Exhibition Day

From frontline sparks to corporate-wide impact. Over the past six months, the 'R2i Routine To Innovation' project has brought incredible dedication and game-changing ideas to life right before our eyes. This isn’t just a contest; it’s about turning daily grinds into creative solutions that make work smarter and smoother for everyone.
This year, the energy is unmatched! Talent from IMPACT and our affiliates have joined forces to unleash their creativity, racking up over 33 competing teams. The battlefield is set across 3 key categories: 21 projects in System and Process, 6 in Equipment and Machine, and 6 in Improvement.

Throughout their journey, every team successfully advanced through rounds of selections, conceptual presentations, and intensive skill-development workshops designed to unlock their full potential. This process sparked hands-on experimentation and tangible product development. After pitching their brilliant ideas to a panel of expert judges, the teams proudly showcased their achievements to fellow colleagues and eagerly anticipated the awards announcement at the recent "R2i Exhibition Day."

What makes this year's R2i competition so special?
This year’s R2i competition stands out more than ever with the introduction of a brand-new category: "Improvement." This category features past R2i innovations that have been revisited, enhanced, or redesigned for greater efficiency. It reinforces our vision that "an R2i project doesn't just end with the competition, but is a continuation of ideas—nurturing them to grow and drive real, practical value across the organization."
