IMPACT enhances fire safety preparedness with
the "Firefighting and Evacuation Drill 2024"

The "Firefighting and Evacuation Drill 2024" was successfully conducted on September 30th, organized by the Standards Control Department in collaboration with the Loss Prevention Control team and relevant agencies, including Operations and the Customer Relations Management (VRM) team.

This year’s drill simulated a scenario involving the discovery of suspicious objects at  Hall 11. After the retrieval of the explosive materials, sparks ignited a fire that could not be contained, prompting the activation of evacuation alarms in each building. Participants gathered at the designated assembly points. Finally, the "Fire Fighting Drill 2024" was led by expert firefighters and IMPACT’s firefighting team. The aim was to promote the proper use of fire extinguishers and equip participants with knowledge applicable to daily life. Additionally, this year’s drill introduced a new simulated scenario involving the evacuation of injured individuals at the loading area behind Hall 9, further enhancing preparedness for emergency situations.

For the "Firefighting and Evacuation Drill 2024," a total of 807 IMPACT employees participated, along with 193 employees from Bangkok Land and tenants of Bangkok Land buildings, bringing the total number of participants in the drill to 1,000  individuals.
