IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Welcomes Entrepreneurs from Big Brother Season 10

IMPACT Muang Thong Thani recently welcomed entrepreneurs from the Big Brother Season 10 project, initiated by the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand. The program aims to uplift small enterprises into medium-sized businesses while enhancing the competitiveness of medium enterprises to stimulate employment and advance the country's economy.
Get to Know the Big Brother Project
The Big Brother Project (also known as the "Big Brother Mentoring Program") connects leading national companies with SMEs. It focuses on knowledge sharing, providing close business mentorship over a one-year period, and fostering strong business networks alongside Thailand's top enterprises.
IMPACT CEO Shares Real-World Insights
The event kicked off with a warm atmosphere, featuring real-world insights from Khun Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. He closely shared his hands-on management perspectives under the topic: “The MICE EFFECT: UNLOCKING BUSINESS POTENTIAL THROUGH EXHIBITIONS.”

Khun Paul shared that IMPACT Muang Thong Thani has been operating for over 28 years with continuous adaptation. Today, IMPACT is no longer just an event venue, but a experience provider offering a wide range of services. These new solutions are developed directly from observing customer behavior to meet evolving needs and create memorable impressions.
Today, creating a seamless customer journey that drives customer willingness to pay has become a key strategic challenge.
Understanding customer needs enables us to stand out and create new business opportunities. This forms IMPACT’s thriving ecosystem, driven by diverse services including ‘IMPACT Catering’ for in-house and off-site catering, leading B2B and B2C exhibitions, conventions, and festivals, as well as our growing restaurant portfolio.
Khun Paul expanded that post-COVID-19, the MICE sector has grown rapidly in every dimension. Although virtual events exist, audiences still favor visiting physical exhibitions to connect, converse, and shop firsthand—driven by the demand for real-world experiences. Meanwhile, IMPACT continues to welcome fresh event concepts, including Anofficerandagent (Manut Tang Wai), IMPACT Speed Fest, Thailand Coffee Fest, and Death Fest.
Ultimately, we are focused on building a strong community. Realizing that SMEs form the core client base of event organizers here, we partnered with the Thai Chamber of Commerce to explore Geographical Indication (GI) products. This evolved into a GI promotion initiative that translates vision into action via a national income-distribution model—bringing GI goods from 33 provinces to retail spaces like Ruam Jai Market and Cosmo Bazaar, directly bridging Thai farmers with urban consumers.

Khun Paul emphasized that businesses can no longer operate in isolation. Companies must seek out experts and build strong networks to drive mutual, sustainable growth together.
