IMPACT Executives Upskill in 'Sustainability and ESG Shaping the Future

Today's business success is no longer measured solely by profit, but by responsible growth across environmental, social, and economic dimensions to create long-term value for the organization and its stakeholders.
To translate this concept into concrete and robust action, the Corporate Human Resources Department recently organized the 'Sustainability and ESG Shaping the Future' course for executives at the Assistant Director level and above. This program aims to enhance understanding of sustainable business practices and empower leaders to apply this knowledge in shaping strategic directions and driving organizational growth in line with responsible practices.

The session was honored by the presence of Mr. Wachirachai Koonamwattana, Chief Sustainability Officer at SCG, and Dr. Patima Sinthupinyo, Lead of ESG Governance & Integration at SCG, who shared real-world experiences in transforming ESG from a concept into strategy and practice. They delivered key lessons on driving ESG to achieve tangible results and build sustainable competitive advantages for the executive team of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries.

Because sustainability is not built on policy alone, but on the collective action and cooperation of everyone. Every small change can be the starting point of a significant impact when we all share a common goal and consistently integrate sustainable practices into our daily work.
