IMPACT Molds 51 Vocational Teams: Unveiling the Champions of 'IMPACT Rise Up'
The "IMPACT Rise Up" project—an innovation and invention competition for vocational students at the Certificate (Vocational) and Higher Certificate (Diploma) levels—provides young participants with opportunities to learn and gain real-world working experience. The competition recently announced its official winners on September 22 at Sapphires 115–118, IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani.
"IMPACT Rise Up" is not only a fantastic platform that helps empower and support the new generation to hone their skills before stepping into the real workforce; it also reflects the collective dedication of the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani team, who are ready to share experiences, transfer knowledge, and grow together with young talent. This shared vision culminated in a significant milestone: a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Bangkok Land Public Company Limited and the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC).
MOU on Vocational Workforce Development
Mr. Loy Joon How, General Manager of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited, and Mr. Bandit Okman, Assistant Secretary-General of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission (representing the Secretary-General of OVEC), jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration aims to promote and support vocational students in gaining knowledge, practical skills, and real-world experience to further unlock their potential and apply it to their future careers.

'IMPACT Rise Up' is another project of great pride for the IMPACT team. Before entering the final competition, mentor representatives from various departments across IMPACT generously dedicated their time to share in-depth, real-world experiences with the students. Selected from 51 teams across 38 vocational colleges nationwide, these students received comprehensive guidance to help them refine their masterpieces and shine across 3 competition categories:
- Function Category: Innovative Inventions and Equipment for the MICE Business (19 teams)
- Decoration Category: Creative Space Design and Decoration for Sustainability in the MICE Business (12 teams)
- GI for MICE Category: Product Design and Development from Geographical Indication (GI) Goods (20 teams)
The "1 Day at IMPACT" activity provides an opportunity for students to experience a site visit and learn real-world work practices directly from IMPACT mentors.

Throughout the two-day competition, every team brought their best ideas and creative energy to the stage, fiercely competing while solving real-world pain points to make the MICE industry more convenient and practical for actual use. Whether in the Decoration category—where students transformed leftover materials into innovative, creative designs—or the Function category, featuring MICE innovations and equipment where every team gave it their all with zero holding back to solve pain points.
It can truly be said that every team thought, experimented, and executed with full force, resulting in standout ideas and the winners across each competition category as follows:
Function Category: Innovative Inventions and Equipment for the MICE Business
- Winner: Team SRTC Event – Surat Thani Technical College, receiving a 30,000 Baht scholarship.
- 1st Runner-up: Team Phanom Phrai Tech – Phanom Phrai Industrial and Community Education College, receiving a 15,000 Baht scholarship.
- 2nd Runner-up: Team Ongkharak Circuit-Checker – Ongkharak Industrial and Community Education College, receiving a 10,000 Baht scholarship.
- Popular Vote Award: Team SRTC Event – Surat Thani Technical College, receiving a 5,000 Baht scholarship.
Decoration Category: Creative Space Design and Decoration for Sustainability in the MICE Business
- Winner: Team SWDTC Yotha Sawang – Sawang Daen Din Technical College, receiving a 30,000 Baht scholarship.
- 1st Runner-up: Team ATCC MARKETING QUEENS – Ayutthaya Business Administration Technological College, receiving a 15,000 Baht scholarship.
- 2nd Runner-up: Team KVC MICE and Fine Art – Khon Kaen Vocational College, receiving a 10,000 Baht scholarship.
- Popular Vote Award: Team KVC MICE and Fine Art – Khon Kaen Vocational College, receiving a 5,000 Baht scholarship.
GI for MICE Category: Product Design and Development from Geographical Indication (GI) Goods for the MICE Business
- Winner: Team Fine Arts Fine Arts Fine Arts – Thonburi Vocational College, receiving a 30,000 Baht scholarship.
- 1st Runner-up: Team Khukki Noei Sot Ban Nai Hoi (Ban Nai Hoi Fresh Butter Cookie) – Sawang Daen Din Technical College, receiving a 15,000 Baht scholarship.
- Consolation Prize: Team Pen Thai – Chetuphon Commercial College, receiving a 5,000 Baht scholarship.
