International conventions
Behind the scenes lies magnificent success
However, behind every event held at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani lies a world of intricate details, complexities, and challenges that demand precise management.
In the world of international event hosting, every single minute counts.
Every success does not happen simply because of the venue, but because of the dedication of the people behind the scenes who seamlessly and precisely orchestrate every moving part to drive forward together.
Let's hear some stories and insights from Khun Thamita Chongswatvorakul, Director of Corporate Human Resources at IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., in her interview with Event Platform Magazine, an online magazine from Taipei published last June.

6 years... from the beginning to a major transformation
Khun Thamita shared the interesting background of the IMPACT keepME daily staff management system, recalling that six years ago, the main challenges were recruitment, work scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll processing—all of which relied heavily on manual processes. This placed continuous pressure on the human resources team.
As the event business was growing rapidly, it became clear that without adopting digital technology to restructure workforce management approaches, supporting the organization's future growth would become increasingly difficult.

The digital transformation that led to the creation of the keepME application stemmed from a relatively straightforward goal: to streamline traditional workforce management and make it more agile.
During the first two years, cross-functional teams collaborated to test the system, gather user feedback, and continuously improve workflows. This was followed by a transition period of running both the legacy and new systems in parallel for about a year, allowing employees to gradually adapt to the new working methods before the platform was fully deployed and continuously developed, ultimately winning first place for the UFI 2025 Best Human Resources Award with
the IMPACT keepME project.

The IMPACT keepME system has helped streamline workforce management across multiple dimensions, such as:
-Increasing accuracy in workforce recruitment.
-Tracking attendance, managing work schedules, and reviewing performance.
-Monitoring and checking workforce readiness in real time.
-Processing digital payroll.
Building a Platform to Drive Sustainable Organization
Ms. Tamita explained that human resources management is not just about filling positions, but about coordinating a large, flexible workforce quickly, accurately, and fairly.
"Today’s organizations need more than just filling workforce gaps; they need mechanisms that can continuously develop personnel and support long-term industry growth."
IMPACT keepME prioritizes data transparency and equal opportunities, making it easier for part-time workers, students, elderly individuals, and local community members to access employment opportunities related to exhibitions. Employees can also build up their experience and skills through tracked work histories, creating a clearer pathway for career growth.
Today, IMPACT keepME has become a vital foundation for the company's workforce management system, accumulating a job seeker database of nearly 40,000 individuals and building a large talent pool for IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. It is ready to support smart workforce allocation and has also expanded its reach to educational institutions and local communities by leveraging data insights to improve curriculum planning and talent development strategies, ensuring that local residents have greater access to flexible employment opportunities.

Therefore, the digital transformation is not just about technology... but a reinforcement of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani's commitment to delivering "professional services" and driving the organization toward a sustainable future.
