Driven by the increasing frequency of mass shooting incidents occurring closer to us in everyday spaces—whether schools, workplaces, or shopping malls—we can never predict "who might perpetrate an attack" or foresee the situation beforehand.

Therefore, the best course of action when an incident occurs is to stay calm and apply the "Run, Hide, Fight" survival skills to make it through this critical crisis safely!

Beyond the annual active shooter drills organized by IMPACT to train employees and operators—aiming to enhance safety for customers and visitors—Muang Thong Services and Management Co., Ltd. (msm), a subsidiary of Bangkok Land PLC acting as the juristic person manager for condominiums and housing estates, has recently elevated its security focus from spaces to people and communities. The company places strong emphasis on safety, awareness-building, and emergency preparedness.

Most recently, this initiative targeted the students of St. Francis Xavier School, equipping them with vital knowledge and survival skills through the Civilian Response to Active Threat (CRAT) workshop. Conducted by expert instructors from the Commando Division of the Central Investigation Bureau (COMMANDO), the training helped students recognize the importance of readiness through three key pillars:
-Situation Assessment: Learning to observe anomalies and assess risks.
-Decision-Making and Communication: Practicing composure, reporting incidents, and communicating swiftly.
-Evacuation and Survival: Mastering proper self-rescue and peer-rescue skills.
