           Every day, over 300,000 people commute to Muang Thong Thani to work, study, reside, and do business across its vast 4,000-rai (approximately 6.4 square kilometers) landscape. Moreover, the area welcomes a bustling influx of over 5.4 million visitors annually, drawn by a dynamic lineup of events hosted at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center.
          These figures vividly demonstrate that Muang Thong Thani is far more than just a collection of buildings, offices, or infrastructure—it is a living, breathing city where diverse communities coexist daily.

Muang Thong Thani: A Smart City Rooted in Its People

                The Muang Thong Thani Smart City Working Group—a collaborative effort driven by employees of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries—has officially submitted a proposal to the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa). The project, titled "Muang Thong Thani: A Living Smart City in Nonthaburi," is currently under evaluation by the National Smart City Committee.

Our ultimate goal is to transform Muang Thong Thani into a true "Living Smart City"
by tangibly integrating technology, data, and innovation into our urban management system.

We firmly believe that our version of a smart city must make this community safer, more convenient, and ultimately elevate the quality of life for everyone.
