HR Department re branding employee development strategies and shifting to digital


In this situation, it is no doubt that it is necessary to make some changes and adapt. The Human Resources Department, led by Khun Tong Sophon, Assistant Director, shared with IMPACT Insight that we are ready to shift towards the online platform. So, get ready for;

– Employee Branding: The value and importance of our staff will be recognized via various forms of social media.

– Rebranding projects: For example, Routine to Innovation (R2i) will be re-launched and submissions and winner announcement will be done online.

– Training Courses: Training courses will be made available online on our own “CLOUD IMPACT”. Our staff can access the training courses from anywhere and it is a good way to practice social distancing in our company.

–  Well-Being of Staff: Health checks could be done online with easy steps to complete.   However, as we are moving towards a digital organization, the HR team hasn’t forgotten those who can not access to the internet and plans to make training courses easily accessible.
