Here at IMPACT…We are friends: Introducing 2 admin ladies from Project management

Here we are back again on Friday with Here at IMPACT…We are friends. Today IMPACT Insight puts the spotlight on 2 admin officers from the Project Management Department. Please buckle up as we are about to roll.

Introduce yourself and your responsibility

Hello, my name is Siraphan Suwan. I’m the admin manager and secretary of the Project Management Department. I have worked at IMPACT for 5 years and 2 months. My responsibilities include coordinating external and internal departments, other tasks related to the secretary, recording the meeting minutes, and managing schedules for the director.

What are you most proud of in your career?

Firstly, I’d like to thank the director who gave me the opportunity to work with IMPACT since I barely had a little experience when I first started working here. Before joining IMPACT, I had worked in an IE department in the apparel industry for 12 years and worked in maintenance service for another 5 years, so I had to improve myself a lot on construction management because I didn’t have much experience. Fortunately, I had good companions who helped me a lot at work.

What is your work motto?

We have to improve ourselves and get through all the obstacles we may face.

How did you find happiness at work?

Make every day a great day and help each other to achieve goals.

Introduce yourself and responsibility

Hello, my name is Waraporn Jidarat. I go by “Tai.” Currently, I’m working as a senior admin officer, and I have worked at IMPACT for 13 years and 1 month. My responsibilities include managing documents related to constructions, arranging files, and coordinating with external and internal departments.

What are you most proud of in your career?

Throughout my 13 years of work, I feel like IMPACT is my second home where I can learn and discover new experiences. Luckily, I have a great leader who gives me advice about new technology and colleagues who always support me.

What is your work motto?

Do your best in every task assigned, enjoy learning new things and open your mind to new experiences.

How do you find happiness at work?

I think if we are happy with what we do, we will have a great chance to succeed. When you’re in a good mood, and your mind is clear, you can think more creatively.

We hope you guys enjoyed the interview and can adapt their working styles to your own as well!
