IMPACT INSIGHT is back with Ep.4 of here at IMPACT… we are friends. Today, we interview Miss View and Mr. Thong, the activist representatives from the VRM and Operation team, with work perspectives and how to work happily at work. Without further ado, let’s get to it now. 

Introduce yourself and your responsibility

Hello, my name is Kantika Faisiri, and I go by “View.” I work as VRM Executive for the Operation department and I have been working here for 9 years. My main responsibilities are operating admin tasks and documents as well as coordinating with the team and related departments, and when we have events or any activity, I will be there to support my team at the service point.

What are you proud of in your work at IMPACT and what is your work motto?

Since I have worked here I feel like I always get a chance to learn new things and try various tasks to improve myself. My work motto is: There are always solutions for all problems. We can learn from them and take them as a way to improve ourselves.

How do you work happily in your own way?

Whatever happens, whether it’s good or bad, if we put our heart into it, we will get through it. Another thing I appreciate is I have good team work that will always support each other.

Hello, my name is Narathip Kaewthong, or you can call me Tong. I have worked as a Senior Executive Service Operation for 8 years. My main responsibilities are coordinating with organizers and overseeing the event in terms of customer support and the building system.

What are you proud of in your work at IMPACT and what is your work motto?

I give support and try to find solutions for the customers. My work motto is “a good leader is not a person who orders but a person who work with the team and can take care of team.”

How do you work happily in your own way?

Be kind and be considerate to your team. Join hands to solve the problem to achieve the goals together.
